Hot Crab Spread
Ingredients:
8 oz of light cream cheese
2 oz low-fat cottage cheese
¼ cup of Lemon juice
¼ cup of Skim milk
½ Tablespoon of Basil
½ Tablespoon of Marjoram
½ Tablespoon of Oregano
½ Tablespoon of Thyme
½ Tablespoon of Garlic powder
1 lb of fresh crab
In a large bowl mix the cream cheese and cottage cheese until smooth. Gradually blend in the lemon juice and milk. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Pour into pan. Cover and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 15 min or until hot. Serve.
