Apple And Cranberry Oatmeal
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of skimmed milk
1/2 cup of unsweetened apple juice
1/2 cup of quick oats
2 tablespoons of sweetened dried cranberries
1/2 small apple, cored, peeled and chopped
1/8 teaspoon of cinnamon
Artificial sweetener
In a small saucepan, combine the milk, the apple juice, the oats, the cranberries, the chopped apple, and the cinnamon. Bring to the boil. Cover the pan and reduce the heat to medium-low. Simmer until oatmeal is desired consistency, and stir. Stir in artificial sweetener.
