Terms and Conditions of
Guarantee 1) If you are unhappy with a purchase please
contact us using the contact us form and we will provide you with the relevant
authorisation. Please note if you return an item which has not been authorised
we cannot provide a refund. You must contact us before returning your purchase. 2)
The items to be returned must be unopened. If the item has been opened we cannot
refund the cost of the item. 3) The refund is for
the full cost of the goods excluding postage and packaging. There are no restocking
fees or any charges for returning the goods.
