Bruschetta Turnovers

Makes 4 servings

220 g Tomatoes, chopped
30 g Green onions, chopped
2 tbsp Fresh Basil, (or 1 1/2tsp dried)
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 tsp Pepper
170 g Part Skim Mozzarella, grated
4 8" Whole wheat tortillas

1. In a medium sized bowl combine chopped tomatoes, green onions, snipped basil, garlic powder, and pepper.
2. Sprinkle 1/4 of the cheese over half of each tortilla. Top with tomato mixture. Fold each tortilla in half over filling.
3. Spray tops lightly with cooking spray.
4. Broil under preheated broiler (or spray bottoms & grill over medium coals for 4 -5 minutes). Turn carefully, spray lightly with cooking spray and continue cooking for 4 -5 minutes, until tortillas are golden and cheese is melted.
5. Cut each turnover in half to make two wedges.
